Okay, so this isn't straight country. Psychobilly is a combo of fast rockabilly and punk rock. The site includes info about such bands as Godless Wicked Creeps. A colorful page that isn't for the mainstream country types.

Janet's Rocky Mountain Home Page is one of the nicest looking sites around. The pages are very artistically done and contain information about country artists, such as Chris Ledoux and The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, along with info about the west and cowboy lifestyle.
For those interested in the usenet part of the Internet, check out the mainstream country music newsgroup rec.music.country.western. This is an unmoderated newsgroup, with wide ranging discussions from "Who wrote this song" to "Garth is God" or "Garth stinks and so do you" . The knowledgeable population are useful for getting information hard to find any place else.  
Hepcat Corner Basically, a personalized home page, but featuring some country or neo-country artists, like Great Divide.  The bluegrass scene is well-represented as well. Even across the even Greater Pond. Bluegrass Down Under covers bluegrass in Australia.
